MRU 8000 Series Optimization Skid – For Engine-Driven Compressors
The patented* Maximizer™ 8000 Series Gas Lift Compression Optimization Skid is proven to dramatically reduce compressor shutdown events and increase uptime for engine-driven gas lift systems. Since the Maximizer is manufactured in a controlled environment and not built on-site, facility construction time can be significantly cut, and overall system reliability improved. The proven 8000 Series also reduces methane emissions from gas lift operations by as much as 75%, targeting sources greater than 30 psi.
To best meet the customer’s unique operating requirements, the 8000 Series can be configured in two ways – without an inlet separator (MRU 8000) and with an inlet separator (MRU 8000 IS).
Both the MRU 8000 and the MRU 8000 IS are available for lease or purchase with an associated service agreement on the MRU Control Skid

Maximizer™ MRU Control Skid and MRU 8000
For applications with an existing inlet separator installed, the Maximizer 8000 Series can be designed using a Maximizer™ Methane Recovery Control Skid (MRU) and Maximizer™ MRU 8000. This combination MRU Control Skid and MRU 8000 provides a number of benefits.

- Compressor facility liquid level shutdown prevention
- Elimination of methanol injection to prevent reciprocating compressor liquid level freeze-up
This system also includes:
- Initial facility survey and compressor reliability recommendations*
- 2 hours/month compression facility reliability consultation*
- Full maintenance and repair of the system*
- Methane capture measurement
- Monthly Methane Capture reporting for any source greater than 30 psi
- Quarterly methane capture meter calibration
- Telemetry system to identify a leaking or stuck dump valve event
Maximizer™ MRU Control Skid and MRU 8000 IS
The Maximizer™ MRU 8000 IS is designed for use in gas lift facilities where there is not an existing inlet separator installed. The IS system includes a Methane Recovery Control Skid (MRU) and MRU 8000 IS. This combination MRU Control Skid and MRU 8000 IS provides a number of benefits.
