All compressor packages include a local team of qualified field technicians and supervisors who can be contacted directly for fast response times and efficient information sharing. Because Flatrock is committed to the reliability of its systems, an extensive 63-point Preventive Maintenance Inspection is integral to its scheduled preventive maintenance program. To ensure efficient maintenance and repair efforts, the parts inventory on Flatrock service trucks is regularly updated to match the packages in the area served.
Flatrock performs mandated quarterly emissions tests and maintains documentation for each test. Careful attention is also given to leaks and spills, as well as containment and removal of all hazardous materials.
